KingHigh.live Registration Agreement — Assumption of Risk, Release of
Liability, and Media Rights Assignment
1. Acceptance. By creating a KingHigh.live account, you (the
“Player”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be
bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not register or participate.
2. Assumption of Risk; Release of Liability. Participation in
KingHigh.live games, broadcasts, recordings, and related activities is voluntary.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Player releases and holds
harmless KingHigh.live and its owners, operators, employees, agents, and
affiliates, as well as all other participants (collectively, the “Released
Parties”), from any and all claims, demands, damages, or liabilities of any
kind — including, without limitation, any financial loss or reputational
harm — arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of
KingHigh.live or the Player's interaction or collaboration with any of the
Released Parties. The Player agrees not to bring any claim against any Released
Party for such losses.
3. Media Rights Assignment. The Player acknowledges and agrees that all
video, audio, images, screenshots, and other recordings captured during or in
connection with the Player's participation in or interaction with KingHigh.live
or any Released Party (the “Captured Media”) are and shall remain the
sole and exclusive property of KingHigh.live and its owners. KingHigh.live and
its owners may use, reproduce, edit, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise
exploit the Captured Media, in whole or in part, in any medium now known or later
developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, for any purpose, without further notice,
consent, or compensation to the Player. The Player waives any right to inspect or
approve any use of the Captured Media and releases the Released Parties from any
claims arising from such use, including claims based on rights of publicity or
privacy, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Eligibility. The Player represents that they are at least 18 years
of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
5. General. This Agreement is binding on the Player and the Player's
heirs, successors, and assigns. If any provision is held unenforceable, the
remaining provisions remain in full force.
