What we do

KingHigh.live is a collab site for influencers, centered around a fantasy (play money) game, and facilitating fan support to benefit influencers and charities. There is no gambling, as the chips have no monetary nor other value (even for the charity donations).

The events are invitation only, for interesting influencers with large audiences. It is essentially a podcast discussion, held over a game. The events are recorded and intended to generate lots of shareable interaction video, which influencers then post back to their large audiences.

Each influencer represents a charity. Fans are encouraged to support the events through donations, which benefit the influencer's charity (the exact breakdown is disclosed at checkout time).

This is a generic podcast venue -- with discussions on sports, tech, media, business, travel, current events, ... over a casual fantasy (play money) poker game. The focus is more on discussion than the game. The dealer is really an interviewer.

When played in person, poker always has great conversations and humor -- this is our effort to recreate that experience online.

Legal

The game aspect of KingHigh.live is a fantasy (play money) poker game, where chips have no value -- not even for continued play; and not even to the charity. This complies with gaming laws in all 50 US states.

Legally, KingHigh.live is a Commercial Fundraiser for charity. As such, we must disclose the target charity, and a breakdown of our costs vs actual charity benefit. We disclose this in various places, including at checkout time of each donation. In our case, a substantial portion of donations benefit the influencer who attracted the donation.
